Access data/ server log files

The provider (specifically the web space provider) collects data on every access to the offer (so-called server log files). Access date include: Name of the requested website, file, date and time of the request, data volume transferred, notification of successful request, type and version of browser used, the user's operating system, refferer URL (the website previously visited), IP address and the requested provider.

Handling of personal data

When contacting the provider (for example by contact or by E-Mail), the information provided by the user are saved for the purpose of processing the enquiry as well as for the case that follow-up questions arise.

Inclusion of services and contents of third parties
It may happen that within this online offer the contents of third parties, for example videos by YouTube, map datas by Google Mpas, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites are incorporated. This always requires that the providers of these contents (hereinafter “third-party providers”) can take notice of the IP address of the user. Because without the IP address they cannot send the contents to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore necessary for the display of these contents. We are trying to use those contents only when the different providers use the IP address only for the delivery of the contents. However we have no influence in case the third-party providers store for example the IP address for statistical purposes. Insofar as this is known to us, we will inform the users.

Cookies are small files that enables us to store specific information on your device related the access device of the user (PC, smartphone or the like). Their purpose is on the one hand to improve the usability of websites and therefore the user (for example storing the login data). On the other hand they serve to collect statistical data on the website usage and to analyse them in order to improve the offer. The users can influence the use of cookies.
